How to Become a Process Server in Arizona

In order to become a process server in Arizona, you must register in accordance with guidelines established by the Arizona Supreme Court.

Applicants must be at least twenty years of age and pass a written examination.

Registration is completed at the county level and is valid for service of process statewide.
